Job description

  1. Monitor and oversee operational activities, performance progress, and disciplinary compliance within the WL/VMG/Marketing Division.
  2. Manage the WL Surabaya team, including recruitment, daily operations, development, and workforce sustainability.
  3. Coordinate with the Line Director at Head Office to support General Affairs (GA) business and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
  4. Collaborate with WL Training & Development (T&D) to identify training needs and implement development programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  6. Prepare and submit regular reports related to manpower, performance, and operational matters.

 

Job requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
  • Relevant certifications or background in Leadership, Sales, and Marketing are preferred.
  • Proven experience in leadership, sales, marketing, or related roles is required.
  • Strong achievement-oriented mindset with high integrity and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in teamwork, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication.
  • Customer-oriented with good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office management.
  • Good understanding of insurance knowledge and business processes.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Korean or other languages is a plus.

 

Job Summary: Manage WL Surabaya operations and staff, ensure compliance, coordinate with Head Office and T&D, and report on manpower, performance, and operations.
