Job description
- Monitor and oversee operational activities, performance progress, and disciplinary compliance within the WL/VMG/Marketing Division.
- Manage the WL Surabaya team, including recruitment, daily operations, development, and workforce sustainability.
- Coordinate with the Line Director at Head Office to support General Affairs (GA) business and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with WL Training & Development (T&D) to identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports related to manpower, performance, and operational matters.
Job requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
- Relevant certifications or background in Leadership, Sales, and Marketing are preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership, sales, marketing, or related roles is required.
- Strong achievement-oriented mindset with high integrity and analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability in teamwork, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication.
- Customer-oriented with good selling and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office management.
- Good understanding of insurance knowledge and business processes.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Korean or other languages is a plus.
Job Summary: Manage WL Surabaya operations and staff, ensure compliance, coordinate with Head Office and T&D, and report on manpower, performance, and operations.
