Client Relation

  1. Handle after-sales client support, including daily inquiries and complaint resolution.
  2. Prepare and analyze utilization reports to monitor service performance.
  3. Conduct client communication and socialization regarding products, services, and procedures.
  4. Coordinate wellness-related programs and client activities.
  5. Participate in technical meetings and manage assigned client accounts (±30 accounts per CR).

 

Requirements

  1. Minimum education: Diploma 3
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as Medical Representative, Customer Relations, or Claim Analyst.
  3. Strong analytical thinking, integrity, and achievement-oriented mindset.
  4. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic understanding of insurance and business processes.
  6. Good command of English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
