- Handle after-sales client support, including daily inquiries and complaint resolution.
- Prepare and analyze utilization reports to monitor service performance.
- Conduct client communication and socialization regarding products, services, and procedures.
- Coordinate wellness-related programs and client activities.
- Participate in technical meetings and manage assigned client accounts (±30 accounts per CR).
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma 3
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as Medical Representative, Customer Relations, or Claim Analyst.
- Strong analytical thinking, integrity, and achievement-oriented mindset.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic understanding of insurance and business processes.
- Good command of English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
